His Construction and Project Management experience spans multiple sectors, including oil and gas, wastewater treatment plants, and construction. Anthony, in 2019 also served as Chairman of the Vehicle Management Company of Trinidad & Tobago with the task of strategic transformation of the state-run organization.

Ms Bowman is a business professional with over eighteen (18) years of experience, twelve dedicated to the oil and gas industry and six (6) years in the legal industry. Ms Bowman’s knowledge and experience include Human Resource Management, General Administration, Contract Administration, Accounting and Finance, Procurement and Facilities Management. Furthermore, Ms. Bowman holds a Prosci certification, demonstrating her expertise in change management methodologies. This certification equips her with the skills to effectively lead and manage organizational change initiatives. This diverse skillset and experience makes Ms. Bowman a valuable asset in any organization seeking a seasoned professional with a broad understanding of business operations.

Mr. Rodriguez is a result-oriented Geotechnical Engineer with more than twenty-two (22) years of practical experience in the design and construction of civil engineering projects. He has served in leadership capacities as a project manager for water resources, transportation, infrastructure, residential and commercial development projects. Javier has worked with geotechnical engineering firms and specialized contractors, providing design, construction and quality control management.

Mr. Jack has been a Maintenance Professional for over twenty-five (25) years and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He has also been a senior E&I client representative in the Petro-Chemical Industry during his career. His Construction and Project Management experience spans multiple sectors, including oil and gas projects, wastewater treatment plants, and construction, including but not limited to geotechnical design-build projects.
