Construction Management Services
We take on the overall management of the project’s construction, replacing the need for a Main Contractor, thereby eliminating his margin, which is considerably higher than the Construction Management fee. The project is divided into several trade packages and is fully managed and coordinated by us. This option provides a “Construction Arm” for the Owner yielding him significant savings and flexibility with a higher level of control on Cost, Time and Quality. It also allows ‘Fast-Tracking’ projects allowing construction works to start before the design is fully completed.
Design Management Services
We manage the Design process for the Client guiding them in seeking the appropriate Architect and speciality Engineers (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Other), managing and coordinating their activities and deliverables while ensuring design coordination, construction compatibility and efficiency through the various stages of the design process (Concept, Preliminary, Final through Tender Documents).

Managing Director
Mr. Clarke has been a Business Executive for over twenty-five (25) years and is a Certified Program and Project Management and Risk Management Professional with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. He has also been a senior E&I client representative in the Petro-Chemical Industry during his career. His Construction and Project Management experience spans multiple sectors, including oil and gas, wastewater treatment plants, and construction. Anthony, in 2019 also served as Chairman of the Vehicle Management Company of Trinidad & Tobago with the task of strategic transformation of the state-run organization.

Ms Bowman is a business professional with over eighteen (18) years of experience, twelve dedicated to the oil and gas industry and six (6) years in the legal industry. Ms Bowman’s knowledge and experience include Human Resource Management, General Administration, Contract Administration, Accounting and Finance, Procurement and Facilities Management. Ms. Bowman also functioned as Corporate Secretary for two exploration and production Companies and is versed in Corporate Governance.

Mr. Rodriguez is a result-oriented Geotechnical Engineer with more than twenty-two (22) years of practical experience in the design and construction of civil engineering projects. He has served in leadership capacities as a project manager for water resources, transportation, infrastructure, residential and commercial development projects. Javier has worked with geotechnical engineering firms and specialized contractors, providing design, construction and quality control management.

Senior Project Manager
Mr. Jack has been a Maintenance Professional for over twenty-five (25) years and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He has also been a senior E&I client representative in the Petro-Chemical Industry during his career. His Construction and Project Management experience spans multiple sectors, including oil and gas projects, wastewater treatment plants, and construction, including but not limited to geotechnical design-build projects.

HSE & Risk Management Professional
A HSSEQ professional with (20) years of total industry experience, four years as a Certified ISO Auditor and seventeen (17) as an educator. During his career as an HSSE professional, Mr. Thomas has supported many major Oil and gas operators including BP, BG, Repsol and Atlantic LNG in accomplishing their HSSE management system goals. Internationally Mr Thomas assisted Halliburton (KSA) achieve their HSE goals on drilling and “work over” projects. Mr Thomas was also provided HSSE services for the Urban Development Company of Trinidad & Tobago (UDeCOTT).

Finance Manager
Tricia has held senior roles in the Oil and gas, education and healthcare sectors. Ms. Thong is also the principal consultant at T.M. Thong and Company, which provides accounting, taxation, software solutions and other business advisory services to businesses involved in construction, oilfield services, software development, and Not for Profit organizations. Ms. Thong is passionate about supporting small and medium-sized companies in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean and is dedicated to continuous personal growth and self-improvement.

Mr. Wilson is a certified CAPM with over fifteen (15) years of experience in maintenance, safety and management tasks. Mr Wilson has worked in various industries including but not limited to medical, dental, construction and facilities management. Mr WIlson has been a member of the Ahsan Team from its inception.
